Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to register your return with us.

How your return works

Please register your return within 30 days of receiving the goods via our returns portal. This is the only way we can clearly assign and process your return.

In the returns portal, enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Then select the item and the reason for return.

Shipping of the return

The return shipping is at the customer's own responsibility and expense.

  • The shipping service provider can be freely chosen

  • Please keep the shipping receipt until the return is complete

  • The return must be sufficiently stamped

Please send the goods carefully packed to the return address specified in the returns portal.

Condition of the goods

Please return the items complete, unworn, and in their original condition.
Worn, damaged, or personalized items are excluded from return.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount to you via the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within a few business days of receipt of goods.

Important notes

  • The return must be registered within 30 days of receipt of the goods

  • Unregistered returns cannot be assigned and delay processing

  • The customer bears the risk of the return until we receive the goods

Refund Policy

If you order from us, but:

  • received the wrong products, or
  • your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),

you will receive a full refund.

However, a refund is not possible if:

  • your order was not delivered due to incorrect address information or other errors on your part, or
  • your order was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs issues or natural disasters).

If your order was placed as part of an offer, you can use the amount paid for other products.
