Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem – you can easily return your order and receive a full refund.
- Send us an email to join@hibali.de with your order number and the items you wish to return.
You have the option to return the jewelry within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Important: The items must be unworn and in perfect condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or returns of earrings.
Purchased items on sale or during a promotion? No problem – you can return discounted items as well. If you ordered multiple items in a deal and would like a full refund, please return all products. If you wish to keep some items, the original order total will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund policy
If you order from us, but:
- you received the wrong products or
- If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),
You will receive a full refund.
However, a refund is not possible if:
- your order was not delivered due to incorrect address information or other errors on your part, or
- Your order was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs issues or natural disasters).
If your order was placed as part of a special offer, you can use the amount paid for other products.
