To place an order, simply visit our online shop and select the products you want. You can either order as a guest or create a customer account. A customer account allows you to store your data securely and benefit from exclusive offers and news.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal and Klarna, so you can pay safely and conveniently, however it suits you best.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €5.90 within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €75.
How long does shipping take?
We ship with DHL and you will usually receive your delivery within 7 working days of ordering. We will of course inform you of any delays.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process, for example to send gifts directly to the desired person.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery at any time.

We currently do not offer a specific later delivery option. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 days. If a later delivery is required, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.
How can I redeem a discount code?
Simply enter your discount code in the appropriate field during the order process before completing the payment. The discount will then be automatically applied to your order.

How do I properly care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is waterproof, so you can wear it while bathing or showering without any problems. However, to ensure longer durability, we recommend removing the jewelry from time to time, as environmental influences such as water, cosmetics or other external influences can stress the material over time.
Here are some cleaning tips:
Shiny stainless steel surfaces: Use a gentle microfiber cloth or soft cloth. A mild soap solution can also help.
Gold-plated jewelry: For gold-plated jewelry, we recommend gentle cleaning with lukewarm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
Is the jewelry also suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, all of our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is considered hypoallergenic and ideal for allergy sufferers. You can be sure that you can wear our jewelry without any worries.
How should I store my jewelry?
To best protect your jewelry, we recommend storing it in the small pouch it comes in. This protects against scratches and helps keep the jewelry in shape. The pouch can be stored together with other jewelry in the specially designed box, which also protects your jewelry from external influences such as moisture or dust. Store the box in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
Warranty and Return
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unworn and in perfect condition. Please see our returns page for further details.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the return.
Do I have a guarantee on the products?
Yes, in accordance with legal requirements, we offer a 2-year guarantee on all our products. However, this guarantee only applies to manufacturing defects or faults that are not caused by normal use or wear and tear. If a product is defective within this period due to such a defect, you can of course exchange or return it.
How does the revocation work?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Can I return my jewelry for repair?
We do not currently offer a repair service. However, if a defect occurs within the statutory warranty period, please contact our customer service and we will find a solution together.

How is the jewelry produced?
The production of our jewelry is the result of a long search for the right producers. At first I was on site in Bali and had samples made in various factories. Unfortunately I was not able to achieve the desired quality, which is why we looked for reliable partners who meet our high standards. After a thorough selection and many tests, we finally found reliable partners in China who implement our jewelry design with the highest precision and quality.
What materials are used for the jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel, a material known for its durability, water resistance and hypoallergenicity. We also use long-lasting coatings on gold-plated jewelry to preserve the color brilliance and make the jewelry durable.
