We hope you love your new jewelry! If you ever wish to return something, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt .

Here's how the return process works:

1. Declaration of revocation:
   Send us an email to join@hibali.de with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Prepare for return shipment:
   Pack the jewelry securely and unworn in its original packaging.

3. Return address:

4. Return shipping costs:
   You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.

5. Refund:
   Once the return has arrived and been checked, you will receive your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.
