Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions "10x €100 Voucher"

  1. Organizer

The organizer of this sweepstakes is

hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

  1. Participation Period

The sweepstakes will take place from November 28, 2025, 00:00 AM to December 01, 2025, 11:59 PM (CET). Orders placed outside this period will not be considered.

  1. Conditions for Participation

3.1. Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years or older residing in a member state of the European Union.
3.2. Participation is automatically granted by placing an order in the online shop at www.hibali.de during the participation period. Each completed order counts as one entry. Multiple orders from the same person will increase the chance of winning accordingly.
3.3. Orders that are completely cancelled or revoked are not eligible to win.
3.4. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives living in the same household are excluded from participation.
3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes if there is suspicion of manipulation or violation of these terms and conditions of participation.

  1. Prizes

4.1. Among all eligible orders, 10 voucher codes, each worth €100, will be raffled off.
4.2. The voucher codes can be redeemed
– in the online shop www.hibali.de and
– in the hiBALI Stores in Hamburg.
4.3. Cash payment or payment of remaining credit is excluded.
4.4. The voucher codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4.5. The voucher codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discount or promotional codes.

  1. Winner Determination and Notification

5.1. The winners will be determined on December 3, 2025 by random drawing from all eligible orders.
5.2. Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided during the ordering process.
5.3. Winners have 7 days from the date of sending the winning notification to confirm the prize. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, the Organizer is entitled to draw a new winner.
5.4. The prize will be sent as a voucher code via email.

  1. Redeeming Voucher Codes

6.1. To redeem in the online shop, the voucher code must be entered in the corresponding field during the ordering process.
6.2. To redeem in the store in Hamburg, the voucher code must be presented at the checkout.
6.3. The voucher is valid for the regular assortment, excluding items that may be specially marked in the promotional terms and conditions.

  1. Data Protection

7.1. No additional data will be collected for participation in the sweepstakes; only the data provided during the order process (e.g., name, address, email address) will be used.
7.2. Data processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

  1. Liability

The Organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the Organizer or one of its vicarious agents. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

  1. Changes and Premature Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for a compelling reason if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed. Participants shall not be entitled to any claims as a result.

  1. Applicable Law and Contact

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
